Return & Refund Policy – ANAVAYA

At ANVAYA LIFESTYLE CO, we ensure all our apparel goes through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. To maintain hygiene and operational efficiency, our return, refund, and replacement guidelines are strictly defined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- Process: To cancel, please email us immediately at anvaya.blr@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Refund for Cancellation: If successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Strict No-Return Policy (Post-Dispatch)
- Please note that ANVAYA LIFESTYLE CO currently does not accept standard returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
- Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, size charts, color variations, and product details carefully before placing an order.
3. Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Products
We will only process a return, replacement, or refund in the exceptional circumstance that you receive a damaged, defective, or completely incorrect item.
- Reporting Window: You must contact us at anvaya.blr@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Proof: You must provide your order details along with clear product images or an unboxing video showing the defect/damage.
- Condition: If a return pickup is approved by our team, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
4. Refund Processing Timeframes
- Inspection: Once the damaged/incorrect product is received back at our facility, our team will review the issue within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Credit Timeline: If a refund is approved in these exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed through the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days after verification.
5. Replacement / Exchange Timeframes
If you opt for a replacement product instead of a refund for the damaged or incorrect item:
- Dispatch Timeline: Once the damaged item is received at our facility and the replacement is approved, the new product will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: The replacement product will be delivered to you within our standard shipping timeframe of 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
